Saint Augustine Parish Faith Formation Serious Family Scholarship (SFS) of St. Augustine ParishThis applies to students in grades K-8 who attend an area Catholic Elementary School. The basic agreement includes St. Augustine paying the full tuition charged the family. The family must: 1) attend Mass 2) Contribute a specific amount each Sunday 3) Parents are required to give at least 10 hours of service to a parish ministry 4) Parents are required to participate in five sessions of mid-afternoon Sunday adult faith formation. For more detailed information on the SFS, contact the rectory office. CCD Program Instructions for parish children in grades K-8 attending non–catholic school are held every Sunday in the school at 9:00 a.m. Contact the rectory office for information. RCIA Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults is held during the year for any adult committed to discern if God is calling him/her to the Catholic faith. |
